RE: Ford F-150 towing mirror size?

Hope this helps. Recommendation: buy them. You won’t be disappointed.
At a cost of several hundred dollars? I'll put up with slip on mirrors until I get the next truck.
Okay then. Don't.

RE: Ford F-150 towing mirror size?

I’d give you some photos, if this archaic forum wasn’t such a pain in the rear to post pictures. :S
The top part of the tow mirror is slightly larger than the oem mirrors, about 2” wider, and maybe an inch taller. The convex mirror is about 4x10”. The extension adds about 3-4” from the retracted position, which is already about 4” wider than original equipment.
Hope this helps. Recommendation: buy them. You won’t be disappointed.

RE: Ford F-150 towing mirror size?

Been looking at getting the factory towing mirrors since I first considered buying an F150.
Pricing on the aftermarket copies is down in the $200-250 range.
My TT is a "narrow" version and the standard truck mirrors work to see pretty much straight down the TT sides. BUT being able to see more is always better ;)
Anyways, being too lazy to run out to a Ford dealer right now, anybody with a 2019 F150 with towing mirrors care to measure the mirror sizes and distance from the window for me, please?
Much bigger. That means taller & wider, and the ability to telescope. Also, much noisier if you buy the cheap aftermarket ones. The Ford ones are stupid expensive, but I have heard good things about 1AAuto.com, so you may try there. In my opinion, they are worth the extra coin and wind noise.

RE: 2020 Chevy 6.6 Tow Review

I looks like it pulls well there. I think when the 10 speed gets in the truck it will be much better. Good looking truck though.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not my cup of tea... not by a mile. That front end ruins what otherwise would be a very appealing truck for me.
