For charging electronics and running a small fan, I use one of these:

RE: No power to outlets when in battery mode.

Even with an inverter your A/C would likely not run off batteries. Either plug into electric or get a generator.

RE: Almost lost reservation in AZ park

I agree that they should not be able to do that unless they let you know up front that you could be bumped for a longer-term tenant. Even so, my late husband and I wintered in AZ on an annual basis for about ten years. After he passed away I moved to AZ permanently. Except in the summer, the desert is the perfect place to be, IMO. You will like it!

RE: Dispersed or lightly used campgrounds - Bighorn NF

Sitting Bull cg is awesome. When I went a couple of years ago, I got the last site (#1, I believe). Lots of moose and bear, beautifully scenic and cool at 8600 ft.

RE: Dispersed or lightly used campgrounds - Bighorn NF

'Lightly used' when referring to campgrounds has lost all meaning this year. Here in UT, I've found that even a lot of dispersed sites are full. Headed for WY next and will be looking for same. Good luck to both of us. :)

RE: How important is level with residential fridge

Mine is not a 'residential' fridge but is an all-electric 12V/AC compressor fridge and it doesn't need to be level.
