Wood question

Many yeas ago (25?) I lined the flowerbeds with those treated 8 ft. boards from Home Depot, Lowe's or one of those. They're sort of oval shaped. for lack of a better description. They eventually got pretty rotten so I pulled them out and stacked them back behind the fence. My question is, can I cut those up and use them in the fireplace? I would think whatever they were treated with has long since dried out.

RE: Cochlear Ear Implants

Thanks Jetboater. Does that little disk worn on the side of the head bother her at all? Just curious. I'm getting tired of missing about half of the conversation with my grandkids.

Anyone have this procedure done? How satisfied are you?

RE: Accident with tow vehicle right before big camping trip?

A car pulled out in front of my brother a month ago. Totaled his truck, which he uses to tow his trailer containing lawn equipment. (Fortunately, no one was seriously injured) Insurance paid for a car rental while processing his claim. Rental company does not rent vehicles to tow. I assume because of liability issues?

RE: Replacing furnature

We've been looking for two chairs to replace our current ones for the last three years or so. Like one poster said, it has to fit thru the door. We've given up. Took our two chairs to an upholstery shop today to have them re cushioned. A lot cheaper than new ones.

Laptop Shuts Off

HP laptop, maybe 5 years old. When I turn it on after abut five minutes it will completely shut down and then reboot. Sometimes it will do it more than once as I'm trying to read something. Is it time for the shop or a new unit? Anything I can do on this end?

Not going to store them there, just transport them.

Folding Bikes

DW and I are thinking about getting folding bikes to put in our 5'er. Never been comfortable with bike rack on back of rig. Would appreciate some recommendations from those of you who have them. FWIW, we don't do a lot of biking. Maybe just to town where we lock them up and then walk along the shops. In other words, we don't need something that is designed to go thousands of miles. :)Thanks

RE: Gray tank capacity

You don't say whether or not you're in a full hook-up site. When we are, we leave our gray tank valve open. Solves the problem of having to dump ever couple of days. I close it a day or so before we leave so I'll have a good water flow to flush out the hose after draining the black tank.

RE: Dental Assistance

We use Care Credit. It was recommended by our dentist. It's not really insurance. It just allows you to pay the dentist up front and then pay installments to

RE: Tested your LP detector lately?

SJM9911: According to one of the videos I watched, the test button only shows the buzzer is working. It doesn't actually show the unit is detecting propane. Yeah, I know. Doesn't make sense, but that what the guy said.
