New and improved Trip Planner

The new and improved Trip Planner is the pits. Can we have the old Trip Planner back? Is there some kind of support personal that can help with the new?

RE: Shelby, MT to Cardston, AB via MT-213

We stayed in Shelby at the Shelby RV Park and Resort not a resort but a good overnight. Took I-15 crossed over at Sweet Grass. Easy crossing with no troubles. Took Canada highways 4,3,2,8,22,1 to Banff. Took about 6-7 hours fueling up just outside of Calgary. Enjoy your trip.

RE: Demco Autoslide or B&W Companion Slider

Don't know about the hitches your looking at but we have the Pullrite Super Glide on our short bed Ram. The auto slide has been trouble free for many years and never have to think about tight turns and hitting the cab
I think that is a true statement to a point, but rather misleading for the inexperienced . You can hit the cab with any hitch. I always cringe a bit when I read these statements ," NEVER have to think about tight t
urns and hitting the cab" Thats a recipe for disaster .
Ok well let's say I've used an auto slide for over ten years in all sort of situations. Even turning short enough to drag the wheels sideways in gravel. Sure if you get in a tight jack knife you'll hit the cab but not the rear of the cab you'll hit the side

RE: Hitch sliding while unloaded

Adjust the bolt on the front of the hitch some. Read your owners manual it tells you about it

RE: Short box dually?

We've had two Mega Cabs and tow the 40' 16000 lbs 5th wheel with no problems. Many many miles towing from coast to coast and all points in between. The larger cab is great for the room for adults or grandkids. The bed looks shorter because of the large cab but it is 6'5"....just like any short bed truck. We would have bought another one if we could have found one with the options in the new truck.

RE: Louisiana State Parks

Poverty Point is one of Louisiana's newer state parks with full hookups. Not much shade as trees are young. It's a nice park though

We've done it with a 40' fifth wheel a few times,
if going out Ashville way. Not bad and very doable.

If I'm not mistaken I think the KOA is full hookup. We stayed there a couple years ago.
It's not a well taken care of place but we were there in early June

RE: Mt Rainier

We were there last week. Stayed at Yakima River RV Park. Full hookups campground with no amenities (bathhouse/toilets). About 45 minutes to Rainier but centrally located for places to the north.
