Grand Junction Colorado Traveling North on CO-139

Out of Grand Junction i.e. (Fruta-Loma) on Colorado 139 up to Rangely Colorado, how is the road? Mountainous-steep grades etc. Please let me know. We've an event in Vernal, UT and have chosen this route. Thanks to all in advance that reply.

RE: Utah State Hwy 14 from Cedar City East to Utah 89

Thanks for those that have responded. UT-14 with it 3800 climb in elevation and with the storm, coming in from Portland OR, 9800 elevation could (and probably will have) snow. So, I'll travel the additional 40 miles up UT-I15 and take the 20 East. Thanks to all that responded.

Utah State Hwy 14 from Cedar City East to Utah 89

Reaching out once again for those that have traveled the above route. Traveling in a Motor Home pulling a car hauler trailer. Total length around 70ft. I've used Google Maps and there is one Hair-a-pin type curve that appears very negotiable. I'd previously asked about Utah-9 from Hurricane UT over to the 89, but drove that route yesterday (in a car through Zion Canyon) and I'd not try that route at all in a motor home. All responses are appreciated in advance.

RE: Utah State Hwy 9

Can you get to Zion and Bryce Canyon on Hwy 9 prior to the tunnel? And thanks to all who have responded. I'd heard of the tunnel, but that's been about it.

Utah State Hwy 9

Will be traveling from Hurricane to Mnt Carmel Junction on Utah State Hwy 9 in a 40ft motor home pulling a 25ft car hauler trailer. Notice its a little "windie" in areas. And, are there any "height" restrictions? Thanks to all who respond in advance.

Dell Laptop Touch pad issue

The computer is a Dell Laptop Inspiron 15 3000 series. Of late, the touch pad (ie. mouse) has been acting up. To describe the issue when you put your finger on the touch pad and move it around, the mouse pointer reacts as normal. But when you go the the "Scroll down vertical bar" on the right hand side of the screen, take your left hand pointer finger and press on the lower left corner of the touch pad, HOLD IT DOWN and then take your right hand (pointer finger) and try to move the scroll down bar "DOWN" nothing happens. Sometimes I "lick" my pointer finger and it makes the scroll down bar move. Other times when I go to scroll "Down" i.e. pulling the bar down, nothing happens. BUT, when I move the scroll down bar in an upward motion (on the touch pad) the scroll down bar will move down. Additionally, the "Cut and Paste" feature when you want to "Highlight" a word or phrase, copy it and then past it somewhere else, this feature is TOTALLY GONE. NO-FUCTIONAL. I've been to "Settings" "touchpad" and adjusted the sensitivity but that hasn't helped the issue. Can I just have the computer have a new touch pad installed? OR, what are your thoughts? All comments are appreciated in advance.

Coming out of Eugene OR to St. George UT ?????????

Last year I took the 58-S (Williamette Pass)to the 31-S to about Lakeview. (This was in Early Nov) At Lakeview I took the 140-S down to the I-80. I encountered 3 passes all of which had "FRESH" snow. (I'm traveling in a 40ft MH pulling a 30ft car hauler trailer) Needless to say it was a white knuckle drive. So this year I'm considering the following route. Same a before i.e. 58-S to the 31-S to the 395-S down to Standish (just below Susanville CA) Continue on S on the 395 to Reno then pick up 50-W to the 93 on in to St. George, UT. Would this route avoid most passes and potential snow? If not, I'm open to your suggestions. Thanks to those that reply in advance.
