We tried for a month to get a vehicle transported from MA to FL ... couldn't get anyone to pick up, or we even would deliver to a truck. Very strange the way it works, altho we signed up on a website (thru a broker) and never did get a trucker.

After a month, we finally had our S-I-L fly up and drive it down ...

Could be you chose a low price..? and were last in line.

Prices are all over the map from $500 to $2500 for me. I chose somewhere around $1800. which seemed like a good company (TNT). I eventually sold the vehicle and didn't use the service. Glad of it too.

We were in the mid-range - had "quotes' from about six or seven places, took the second highest. But could not get anyone to make a date or time, it's like a crapshoot to find a driver willing to come to Cape Cod, so we even said we'd drive it to Boston or Providence.

Still no takers - we even asked for "Bids" if we didn't offer high enough - still no one. We couldn't figure it out - the why no one would do it. Still haven't figured it out - And we had about ten ompanies call afterwards and say "We have a truck in the area, will you sign with us?" And we said "sure, give me a date to load" and no one would do it ... all wanted a contract to "broker" it, so we might have been asking or going about it the wrong way - we tired to drive it to a depot and let it go from there, and couldn't find one, everyone said "Broker' - but no broker could give even close to a frm date. All sounded like 'car dealers' or "real estate agents", sign the contract, with no assurances or -- I know, RE Agents a little different, but still actual performance, just sign open-end contract.
No chance of that, ever. So, S-I-L flew up and drove it down.

Was a very weird experience, and probably our ignorance that made it fail - ? - Or maybe not.

Exotic Car Transport out of Orlando, Fl. They do it the right way!!! Get hold of Jan and she will help you out or guide you to someone who can. Good people and they haul a lot of Snowbird cars!!! Also a lot of personality's expensive cars.

Transportation of new cars from the USA is carried out only after receipt of TITLE or MSO registration documents from the dealer. Without documenting, the car cannot be exported from the United States. When delivering a used car from the USA, as a rule, the documents for the car are already executed, and the previous owner or auction transfers them with the car. Is it possible to transport a car from the USA to Europe using the services a1autotransport.com/rate-quote/ of this service? How exactly will the transportation take place?

This thread which is 6 years old, was not started about transporting new or used vehicles for sale nor across International boundaries for sale. It is dealing with transporting a vehicle a person owns so that they will have it available at another location within the US.

People can't drive two vehicles at once nor can they drive a vehicle when they're on a plane.
