Since the talking heads are going to remotely call the race from the Charlotte studios, with Regan Smith at the track texting, at least it will be better than the cartoon racing, hopefully.

This Darlington race was real, and the Ford that won was NOT Found On Road Dead. The winning car was owned by the winning owners, wrenched by the winning crew, and driven by the winning driver. Congratulations to them AND to NASCAR. I just did NOT see any racing. I love non-wing Sprint cars on dirt, but they're not open for business yet.

Yeah I watched the start and made it till FAUX sports started there in car camera racing. Boring. Then crank it up krapz came along so I turned on the mute button....and went to sleep. Woke up and the wife was watching Pale Rider....which was more entertaining than FAUX sports attempt at showing a race.
Guess I got spoiled watching classic Nascar races before in car cameras....krank it up krapz....and Faux Sports attempt at showing a NASCAR race.
I did make the last 6 laps though. Guess I'll wait till NASCAR moves to some short track racing. Now if during the race event if we could keep the cameras/mics out of the cars......

I watched in between while repairing my sprinkler system. Not the greatest race but was better than no race.

It rained all day, so we actually WATCHED the race :-) It was kind of resfreshing, after weeks of nothing. And it was nice to see Ryan Newman back in the driver's seat, after that awful crash.

I was getting used to watching the races from 20-30 years ago. Since I couldn't tell you who won,it was like watching in real time. I think they were better back then for some reason.
