I am new to RV'ing. Picking up my new Coachman Freelander 27' on Tuesday. I was wondering if anyone knows of any casinos in Vegas other than Circus-Circus that allows RV parking. Reviews on the Circus-Circus lot have not been very good.

Congratulations, friend! i'm so happy for you, and welcome here! Nice income my friend. But I didn`t play poker for a long time because I work a lot I didn`t have enough time for it. That is why I have to practice a lot. Thanks god I know a site where I can play a very trusted online poker. That would be a great revising for me. Looking forward to it. I play with nice bonuses in casino that gives me great income and wins! Now i play a lot and i really like it.

Call the different RV parks and ask if they have a dog walking service. This is service where they will come to your RV while you are out feed and or walk your dog for a nominal fee. And check for shuttle service or proximity of city bus stops also.

We last stayed at the KOA in Vegas. A casino was nearly attached to it as well as another across the street. We found it in pretty good condition, secured at night and with a nice pool.

Not on topic I know, but . . . Be careful leaving your dog unattended in your RV for any extended length of time. Not sure about Nevada, but in California, if anyone reports you, its a felony to leave your dog alone in any vehicle. Similar to child endangerment. Most non RV people don't know about the AC in RV's and they can't see inside like in a car.

Lwiddis - That is exactly what we are going to do. Just visit some local RV park and see how our dog handles things and learn how to hook up etc. Then later we plan on making trips to Vegas and some of the National Parks. Thanks for your input.

I would have suggested a closer to home and RV stores for the first outing.

None of the casinos I am aware of are RV friendly. The Circus Circus RV park does not charge a resort fee at least they did not in August 2015 or last Christmas. The hotel however does. Downtown is fun but the Main Street park is just far enough off Freemont street to make me uncomfortable due to the local street people residents and the freeway transition road overhead.

Why would I want to skip the buffet? I don't go to Las Vegas to save money.

I agree, Although pricey, the Buffet at the RIO is outstanding!
Or, if you have ever been to the "Prime Rib Room" at the Orleans, Its well worth the money spent $$$$!

When traveling to the races in Vegas I use South Point. They have big rig parking across the street from the Casino OR street parking on the opposite end of the casino. At state line they hassle you if you put your slides out or appear to be sleeping in the lot. I travel solo most times and use the front dinette bed as my go to while on the road. Any casino that has big rig parking has worked for me.

Advice from a local: skip the buffets no matter what the rating; I get free buffet vouchers through work and I either give them away or toss them in the trash. There are many nice restaurants around that are reasonably priced and a short Uber ride away. Also, don't forget that there are truck stops in Vegas as well as many "mom and pop" casinos for parking.

Sams Town on Boulder Hwy is great! We stayed there last June. Worth the price....and take an Uber to other casinos.

When I used t drive trucks I would always stop at Whiskey Pete's just South of downtown. Fairly quiet, a few casino's close, But electric and water hookups. Easy in Easy out and good food!
Used to see allot of rv's parked there!
