It finally cleared up a little bit today. I pulled the TPO back and proceeded to round o the edges of the plywood. I used a 1/4" round over bit.

Here's a close up of the top side after rounding.

Here's the bottom side after I rounded and then pulled out the sander and gave both top and bottom a light sanding, just to smooth it a little bit.

Here's a couple of pics checking how the TPO rolls down over the plywood in a 180 degree bend.

Looks like it should be fine.

I also picked up some additional Fiberglass Cloth. These have 8 square feet per pack, and cost $7.98 at the local Lowes.

Multiply by 7 and add tax, for a total of $59.22 We can add that to our prior total in the spreadsheet of $11,300.15, for a new grand total of $11,359.37.

I also have some used paint brushes for sale. I have both male and female brushes. For more information .... Wait, What?

Male and female?

Yeah. Some have bristles .......

Yeah, that's funny in a twisted sort of way. What can I tell ya?

Anyhow, that's not why I posted that. My question is, anyone have a good idea for reusing these brush handles for something else, after removing the bristles?

Normally, when brushes are used up, people just throw them away.

It would seem time would be better spent working on the MH instead of taking the bristles out of junk brushes, but your project, your time I guess. [emoticon]

There are 24 hours in every day - it all depends on how you choose to use them.

The Pennsa - wane - ya - Dutch... Lol.

Actually, I really don't care if they get used or not.

I had thrown them away, and the trash bag they were in broke.

As a result, I was transferring the trash into another bag, and when I pulled one of these out, I wondered what was used to hold the bristles in.

So, I pulled them out of one brush - took 5 seconds...

I laid the brushes aside, finished transferring trash and went on my way.

Later I pulled 2 more sets of bristles out, took 2 pics and then posted.

In case you are wondering, I don't clean these, because using lacquer thinner, or acetone, or something like that will cost me more than buying the brushes on sale at Harbor Freight.

This was just a quick - let's throw it out there and see what happens, rather than, seriously looking to do something with them.
