I did, however, manage to get a number of fiberglass layers put into place to try and get things a bit more level before gluing the rubber into place.

Hopefully, one more day of adding glass and resin, and I'll be ready to glue the Tpo in place and be done with this area.
We'll see, as they are calling for rain this week.

Yes, refreshing isn't it! You don't have to check in if there are no New Post indicator.

Sorry folks, but it has been one **** of a week!
One of my business computer customers banking account was compromised.
As such, I haven't had time to even mow my own grass. Not my favorite sport anyway, but, it needs to be done.
Anywho... I found some other stuff of his online, that needed attention, so I've been spending my time on trying to get all his accounts secured, so this doesn't happen again.
I hope to get back out there within a day or two and get more work done.
I just needed to prioritize.
Thanks for hanging in there. I look forward to getting more done to this puppy.

Finally! Managed to get out there this evening - albeit a little late.
Also got half the yard mowed today. Yippee. Lol.
I added some extra fiberglass on both sides tonight. I am finally getting this flattened out fairly well.
That means I will be able to finally glue the Tpo down for good shortly.
First pic is of the drivers side. Oh, and yes, I now know my camera lens was a little dirty. Duh on me.

The passenger side also.

Switching gears just a touch for tonight.
When I wanted to cut some plywood to finish framing around the pilot and copilot windows, I needed to make a pattern.
First step was to mark some plywood to get started. I used a couple of plastic spring clamps to hold this piece in place.

Next was to go outside and and mark with a pencil the curve I needed so I would know where to cut.

Switching to the top of the window, and sometimes, you just need a little helping hand to hold things in place.
A nice extra piece of plywood that is sprung into place from the seat to the top of the plywood covering the window works just fine.
Just as the bottom one, just going outside and marking the curve was a snap.

In order to end up with a pattern like this for the front of the window at the bottom, required a slightly different approach, since I could not go outside to mark anything.
I wanted to end up with a pattern looking something like this.
Marking a rectangular piece of plywood, at the red circles, gave me a reference point to start the cutting process, but I needed to get a rough reference for the curve at the bottom.
![[image]](https://paddleupstream.com/mohorebuild/copilotwindowpattern4.jpg)
That was accomplished by using what was handy, which in this case was a roll of tape. It's not an exact match to the curve, but it's close enough to get me started, and then I can finish the fine tuning after getting this close.

Finally was to transfer the curve to the plywood, and then make the cuts on the marks I had just made.

And that is how I ended up with this, which is the same pic as above.
