Any Tips on Parking a TC in Montreal and Toronto?

I tend to be more of an urban traveler. I enjoy solitude sometimes, but also meeting new people and things like that.

Can anyone suggest a safe and secure 24hr, overnight parking lot (13' clearance needed) in the heart of Montreal?

It's a truck camper, so only one good size parking spot is needed. Not multiple spots.

I read over and over about vandalism, tagging and theft in Montreal. I'd like to keep my rig safe.

Any tips or suggestions?

Yeah. I trust your information of course. You live there so, you know what you're talking about. Thanks.

Currently looking at the airport or trying to find a good/safe 24 hour lot in Le Plateau or Mile End.

I stuck this truck camper in one of those in the Mission District in San Francisco, in downtown Chicago, etc, etc. Use them a lot as I travel because it's just a tall truck, really. And these lots are in very good locations. I don't mind $20-$30 a day to be in that sort of location. It's why I got a truck camper to begin with. Ease of getting in places.

Any local knowledge of safe, 24 hour paid lots in Le Plateau or Mile End?

Lots of tourist info online says I'm virtually guaranteed to get robbed/tagged/smashed up if I park in a 24hr lot. Thoughts?

The airport is ideal for the TC, but soooo far away. The metros and Ubers will surely cost a fortune. I'll be here 2 weeks.

Thanks!!

We go either by or to the casino on a regular basis and I have no idea where that parking for motorhomes would be.

The other reference is to the municipal campground in Longueuil on the south shore from Montreal. There's no reservations, just first come first serve and you need another vehicle to get in or out.

Too low and tight, barely get in with my pickup.

Park-n-fly lot at either of the airports. Safe and secure for a reasonable price and close to all public transit to go anywhere in the city.

No you will be had pressed to park in Montreal, we struggle just to find a regular parking spot for a couple hours. The festivals are in full swing and they are preparing for the Formula-E race through the streets downtown in two weeks so they have been eliminating parking in a big portion of the downtown core. That along with massive infrastructure construction projects make anything other than public transportation a real nuisance.
