Peach Waffles

Nomad
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup peach butter
½ cup milk
2 T. oil (or melted butter)
ginger
nutmeg

Mix well. Cook according to waffle iron directions.

The peach butter can cause the outside to get really dark before it's fully cooked. But it wasn't burned...

Serve with more peach butter, syrup, and bacon.

Magnusfide, I did not make the peach butter. I bought it at United Supermarket's Market Street grocery in Amarillo. They also had pumpkin butter, so I bought a pint jar of that, too.

Sounds outstanding, WL! My wife makes her own peach butter in her crock pot. She doesn't add sugar and it might be the sugar that turns yours dark.

Never seen peach butter either. Is it at HEB or a farmers market type store? The waffles sound amazing though.
