Docking light on Keystone Cougar Xlite won't go out.

The docking light on my 2016 Keystone Cougar xlite won't go out. I tried to use the remote to shut it off, but it won't take my password. It seems to have stopped working. Any suggestions how I can shut the light off before it burns out? I have tried disconnecting the battery and the shore power to no avail. Any help or experience would be appreciated. I really would like to avoid taking yet another trip to the service dept. for another of the many issues we've already had. Thanks!

Yes it did. We were surprised at that But I did use all zeros on the remote, and I was able to shut off the light.

Yes, I tried the zeros and it worked! The docking light is now out. Thank you so much. 🙂

Did you try all zeros? That is what mine was set at
