Hi,

How do I go about using a merchandise certificate online? I have received one from my renewal and I do not live anywhere close to a Camping World location.

Thank you for contacting Camping World. To use a merchandise certificate in conjunction with an online purchase you would need to complete your purchase then mail the receipt and the merchandise certificate to the address below. You will receive a refund for the amount of the merchandise certificate. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

According to the website you have to call the 800 number and they redeem it through there
