Anyone have real life weights for a HitchHiker II LS 32.5?
Currently RV-less but not done yet.

The label on the outside of the unit should tell you the weight rating. Some units only have 6000 lb axles which affects the carrying capacity. Enjoy yours! We do...

Don't let the LS designation fool you. These units can vary greatly with the options included. Ours has all the high end stuff and weighs 13,000+ with basic loading. I think the lower end units will be less than 11,000 lbs.

I can't help you with the weights unless you are asking about the specs from NuWa. I have never weighed my rig.

But I can tell you that we have towed our 32.5 UKTG, model year 2007, over 80,000 miles over many of the mountain passes of Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and New Mexico with a Chevrolet Duramax/Allison 2500--most of those miles with our model year 2008 and just this year with a model year 2017. Our most recent trip (and that with the 2017) was from East Texas to Banff, Canada.

We've been over Monarch Pass more times than I have counted; Wolf Creek Pass; Douglas Pass; and last year over the Million Dollar Highway from Ouray to Durango. Just to give some specific examples.

We have never felt any lack of confidence in the stability or power of our towing vehicle. The tow-haul feature on both of these pickups is just amazing on the downhill side of passes especially. Now on the 2008 we also have "exhaust brake" feature which just adds to the control and stability.

The ONLY way to get a real weight is to hook up and go to a scale.
