Really?

I'm confused.

For most of my life I avoided fats of all kinds. Then my doctor told me I have to go on a low-carb diet. I love breads and pastas, but I had to change. I lost 30 pounds and kept it off for 3 years now.

So I eat plenty of proteins and fats. I reject low fat or no fat products. My blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol are all in good numbers.

Absolutely I agree, I normally Don't do this for advertised possibility of health problems. But have accidentally put heavy cream in my coffee (thinking it was half and half) delicious! Also when we got low on milk supplemented with cream, again delicious!
