I disagree, Dennis. Change into clean and DRY, as in sweat free, sleeping attire. Basic Boy Scout winter camping training.

If I'm inside I don't worry about it, I keep the furnace turned up to comfort level.

Learned that in the Boy Scouts. Only thing is. It cold when you streatch your legs back out.
