I think every tag axle MH has had the side intake that I have seen. MUCH better cooling.

On Edit: When you say 'side intake', are you saying side radiator?

A fella that used to park next to me at storage with a Winnebago Tour tag axle had a rear radiator.

But just to double check myself, I pulled up a 2011 Tour, 42 ft., that is for sale and it has a fairly small vent on the driver's side rear bay but not large enough for a side radiator installation.

It should have the slotted air intake on the drivers side.

I happened to be on the Winnebago site yesterday looking at the 'class B' offerings and saw that the 2018 Winnebago Tour and Grand Tour on the Maxum chassis have side radiators. The tag axle Horizon has the side radiator.

That's only on the top models along with the Horizon (tag axle version), the shorter Horizon, Journey and Forza have a rear radiator.

Safe travels,
MM.

PS. RANGER SMITH.. congrats on the motorhome! Beautiful paint job!

Nice, I hope to GOD you did NOT pay their 10% sales tax!!!

God no. Pay 4% of difference in South Dakota.

Good deal! I paid 3% for my truck then 4% on the RV same year but they raised their fee between the two in SD. Still dirt cheap. Licensing is not the cheapest.

Yup it can do that. and even if you leave in what you came in it can increase the weight of the RV by quite a bit.
