Jumpin' the rez with my captive British Bride in early May, surprise sunrise invasion of the Island will take place around noon on Wednesday, May 30th. Raiding and pillaging will start soon after arrival via the ferry from Anacortes to Sidney. Raiding and pillaging will continue until the return trip on July 14 or all the wagons are burned, whichever comes last.

Sorry to hear that Lonnie - we never got a chance to meet.

I hope your troubles vanish like fog on a lake by afternoon - may your quiver be full of arrows and game be close at hand and your wikiup be always warm in the coldest of winter.

Oh Lonnie, I'm so sorry to hear that.
Congratulations on your anniversary, which I guess now will be on the Rez. rather than the Rok!
In the meantime, you can learn this song and sing it for Hazel, I bet she's heard it before! Link.
Sometimes I sit and think deep thoughts. other times, I just sit!

Oh wow! That's just too sad. I was really looking forward getting your report on all the pillaging you would have done. I'm been hanging on to this thread since it started.

Oh will, you are correct, "It was good while it lasted."

Hope you get to feeling better. And congrats on #40! um... maybe you can pillage the local Walmart in your area! It's not the same same thing, but if you come back with some souvenirs, all is not completely lost!

Hope you feel better soon.

OK, you can unlock your barns, bring your horses in from the hiding places, let your pretty maidens out of the cellar...

I was really looking foward to what would most likely have been my last raid, but it am what it am.

It was good while it lasted.

Sixteen days.

We can handle Skimmerhorn. After establishing sovereignty over Vancouver Island, we will return to the rez via Colorado. We'll take care of Skimmerhorn then.

That thundering sound you hear is the sound of approaching hoofbeats. The Comanches are coming.
Well, one Comanche is coming.
That should be sufficient.

Taking a practice raid to Nebraska. Getting tuned up for the real thing in a couple of months. Can't let those wagon-burning skills get rusty. Also gotta dig up a few more shiny yellow rocks for trading material.
Surprise invasion is now only 74 four days away. Captive British Bride is looking forward to "A bit of the ol' Blighty."

I have the same problem with Gitchygoomy - I write it out in pine tar 3 or 4 times on birch bark then pick the one I like most, boy, that pine tar sticks like - well - it sure sticks

I have been trying for some time to attend one of your pillaging/burning parties but have yet to make it.

GOOD LUCK GM (and Bride)
