Was informed that if you download the MyDISH app, log in (assuming you have an account,) you can with a few clicks have a reset sent without interacting with anyone.
No chat, no email.

I did it last night. Worked great.

My Kharma ran over my Dogma.

Same here. In fact we only have satellite for the RV. So we need a reset sent. I'll have to tell DH about this because calling in is not his favorite thing to do.

My Dish receivers haven't needed a reset sent in several years, but it's nice to know it's there if I need it...

Nice! With DirecTV you have been able to log in and get the reset (hit). Nice to see that Dish has added that option.

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
