Think again, I lice in a town that one business I know of has an electrified fence surrounding their property. That is the place that did all the work on the CAT engine in my just traded in motor home.

Sorry, but CW knew they were back there and locked up without checking on them. saying they should keep checking in with the front desk to see when they are closing is no way to shop for an RV. If I`m looking around, I`m paying attention to what I`m looking at. you lock up and go home without knowing where I am then you are wrong.
CW deserves all the bad press they get!
And do you go to browse through RVs 30 minutes before closing?
We are getting very few facts to the story - just a drama-enhanced bit from the couple. Did the employee tell them they were closing in 30 minutes and the couple insist they just wanted to check "one thing in a certain RV" and then they would leave? Only to go wandering into other RVs? Did the employee have cause to believe they were gone?
As I said above, I've seen the way customers behave at a store's closing time. I've heard them lie to get into the store only to then ignore the employee's warnings/instructions and do whatever they want. I've had them tell me "I'm leaving now" only to find them browsing an aisle at the back of the store 5 minutes later. I can just imagine how difficult that could be when they have RVs to disapear into with no concern about the employees.
Just because you don't like CW doesn't make them wrong in every situation.

The video did not make me chuckle. It made me sad that they even made the video, but that is what our society has evolved into.
I won't absolve CW of all responsibility, they certainly played a roll.
However the couple is equally as guilty.
If I get locked in a store at closing time, I can only blame myself for not paying attention to the time vs. blaming someone else.
