Ford F53 - Are your front springs flat?

I have a 2001 Itasca Suncruiser on a Ford F53 chassis. My front springs are nearly flat. I've had it weighed (Front: 6,540 lbs) and I'm not even close to being overweight, but the front springs are nearly flat.
My local spring shop says that is normal and that many heavy duty F-series trucks have springs that look like mine. Just curious to know what everyone else's springs look like?

I just installed new front springs on my 1999 at the end of last season. The originals were in a negative arch. I was surprised to see that the new ones were basically flat once the weight was put back on them, but they weren't in a negative like the old ones. I had previously added Firestone Ride Rite air bag helpers and with a few pounds of air and the new springs it feels like a new coach.
