08 monaco caymen - replace potable water tank

Filled potable water the other day and put back in storage - happened to go to storage and all potable water was on the floor.
Valves to drain were shut, pump was off, any ideas other than a split tank (from sitting in storage).
I keep the tank filled and change every month with chlorinated softened city water.

The low point drain valve on the tank might not be fully shut...you need to check all drain valves and make sure they are shut...otherwise you are going to have to fill tank and sit there and watch the drop...I'd check there first by the low point drain valves.
