Hidden Gem in Very Northern California

Recently spent a few days at the Blue Heron RV Park in Hornbrook, CA just off I5 a few miles south of the Oregon border. We are so impressed with this place: Each site is paved and very wide with full hook-up. Sites closest to the river and the bath house are the best. The beautiful Klamath River flows right by the edge of the campground. Sitting by the river in the shade of the trees in a perfect RV Park is the best of all camping worlds. Yes, there is no WiFi or AT&T phone service; yes, the road in is a bit windy and bumpy, but once you get here, it's "relax city."

The fire situation is rather dire right now, but hopefully will not move to the east and hit the RV Park.
