X2 on what 2gypsies said. We've stayed at the Voyager for 5 winter seasons, it has everything from pools, Jacuzzi's, dog walks, dog groomer, restaurant, every kind of craft, woodworking, pickle ball. If you have an rv request the area in front where it's just rv's, otherwise they may park you between park models

The Voyager RV would have any kind of activity you may want.

In your OP you used the words "camp resort". In my mind those words are somewhat mutually exclusive. Justin's is nice more camp than resort. We usually stay at Lazy Days KOA for about 10 days every December. It is more on the resort end and pricey compared to Justin's. Facilities and grounds at the KOA are top notch. Lots of fruit trees where you can pick your own. Fresh lemons for whiskey sours. This is the only KOA that we stay at on a regular basis.

We stayed at Justins Diamond J a couple of years ago and it was quite nice. Lovely landscaping, and backs to Seguro desert, so lots of hiking available. It's outside of Tucson, so shopping is a little inconvenient, but we liked the peacefulness of the area. They haven't any amenities, but their prices were economical and the owners are really nice.

We went to Tucson earlier this year for the gem, mineral, and fossil show and we really enjoyed our stay at the Prince of Tucson RV park. The place was decent and the people were nice. It was just off I-10 and easy to get around town.

Need more info. Do you want one with not a lot of park models? What kind of things are you looking? How much do you want to spend?
