Opinionated much? I've read your posts, move along

Thanks for reading my posts
Yes that's my opinion just like you have yours in your posts
So you've never been there and tell me to move along for my opinion?
Tell me what's in quartzite that's so appealing
The barren land. Off a major hwy. no lake. no mountains. A rock and mineral show. Endless rvs living off the land for free.
What is there one restaurant if you want to go out to eat? other than the Mcdees by the truck stop
If that's what you call "rving" then I'll just move along
Let me know when you get back home if it was the best experience you've ever had.

"185EZ" ….you won't get much of an argument that Quartzsite has little to offer in means of entertainment unless your a desert dweller, Rock hound, prospector..ect ect. Now, with that being said, lots and lots of people continue to go there(including me) because its a Social Event. There are so many groups that meet there every single year. Old Friends, Young Friends, those you've known forever and those you have yet to meet. Always new RV products to look at during the Big Tent event...So I ask, what's NOT to Like?

If your with like minded people, your bound to have Fun!

Lastly, I believe you(185EZ) stated on another thread recently and I paraphrase, "There's so much to do in Quartzsite and don't forget to go to the Book Store"...maybe that was said scarastically but it didn't seem so when you said it, so which is it, plenty to do or nothing to do?

That's right, it's just like Moab, Cinder Hills, Dumont Dunes, Kofa, Ogilby and Bouse. They are terrible places to ATV and dirt bike so don't bother going to any of them. Thanks. [emoticon]

Like someone else said, it's not for everyone.
Me? I couldn't sit there for months. I know there are some trails there for off roading.
Closest city is either Yuma or Parker.
I'm not a big city guy and love to boondock but I would get cabin fever pretty quick.
RV show would be nice to see all the new stuff but unless you're actually in the market just going in and out of expensive RVs gets old. Especially when I can't afford it lol.

Definitley sarcastic about going to the bookstore.
I was hoping he would go and tell us what he saw.
Anyone that's visited there knows of the owner in the banana hammock lol.

I don't see that many people with off road toys there.
I also don't know of anyone that goes there just for the off roading
Usually I'm the one being sarcastic
I'm taking your comment as being that.
If not then you need to show me some pictures if there's any kind of comparison.
Since you said Moab I would think you're being totally sarcastic.
This is part of Moab
