Any consumer would be wise to avoid anything branded Good Sam or Camping World as they are not customer driven.

Think about it: If local managers were empowered to resolve issues, and the company was focused on customer satisfaction to drive profits (rather than schemes and tricks to draw revenue from their customer), then it would be the very rare problem that would even go to a second level manager.

Remember Marcus's other name? The Profit. Seems to be all he is concerned with. Definitely not customer service.

Would each of you complainers explain to me WHY, since the customer service is so bad, you cannot find a parking spot at any CW lot. They seem to be servicing everyone they want to service. Some customers need to go elsewhere because they are impossible to please.

Maybe its all the newbies that know no better and bought new units probably trying to get service.

We're in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley. We should be back by the end of October, early November. We are 38 miles from Casa Grande airport. Send me a PM and we can exchange info.

I know you can't get a parking spot at the Vacaville, Ca. store as the parking lot is full of RV's waiting for service.
