taillilght replacement

A taillight is out on my Jayco trailer and I can't figure out how to replace it. The underside of the bumper is sealed and the bottom skirted.

Before I make a mistake I hope someone can tell me how to get it out.

Impossible to offer advice until we see what kind of tail light you are working with.

Can you post a picture? My taillights now are just held in by screws, my old TT light covers would pop off with a little force.
