I'm getting close to purchasing a 2011 Jayco Pinnacle 5th Wheel 34'. Are the wheel bearings permanently lubricated?

Only if they have Never-lube bearings or oil bath bearings. Which I doubt they have.

Just looked up the brochure, Looks like its not permanently lubricated most likely.....

That should be the last thing you should be worrying about. Heck the plastic busings Lippert uses on the springs should be a much bigger worry.
