SD, you've been missed. Glad to see you posting those fantabulous food fotos again!

I wonder if we have a drool icon?

spinach and artichoke dip.

2 packs cream cheese
1 yellow onion diced small
2 packs frozen chopped spinach thawed
2 cans artichoke hearts chopped
1 can sliced black olives (optional)
10- diced garlic cloves
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1+ (feel free to go more) cup grated cheddar
mix it all up and throw in crock pot. serve hot

side note, freezes well in disposable pie tins, just toss them in the oven later. always have a stash of these around the holidays
mix it all up

If it moves and it shouldn't..... duct tape
if it doesn't move and it should.....WD40
if all else fails .....BFH
