Generator problems

Went to do my monthly startup motor and generator and got nothing from the generator. Open to suggestions.
It's a 2015 Cummin's Olen RV QG 5500 gasoline. The coach has a full tank of gas, the batteries are all putting out 12. volts, the 12 volt systems all work with out shore power and the motor off. Have tried starting the the motor running and pushing the battery boost switch. Ive tried the switch on the dash, the one on my power center and the one on the generator itself. I get nothing, no clicks no nothing, the indicator light for the prime will not even light. Ideas??

OK snow melted and I finally got back out to look around. The lug on the battery cable connected to the generator snapped off. Having a new cable put on Thursday. Allowing for my run of bad luck, I will assume that won't be the only thing, so where is this 12v control panel located? I just know that fuse blew when the cable snapped. Anything else I should assume blew? fuse or breaker?

ours has two CB on genset and an online Buss glass fuse on the control panel (12v) power protection, on the generator. That fuse protects the controller board I believe. The CBs are on the 110v legs heading out.

If that fuse blows the genset won't do anything when start button is pushed.

Currently under 12" of snow and still coming down, I will check that as soon as am able to dig it out.

you might check any fuses in genset itself too. I've had our blow before.

Ours has a circuit breaker, than when clicked off does this. no start no nothing.

and where pray tell would that breaker be located??

generator is often connected at the output side of disconnect, and not connected to battery
