ITC recessed over head lights

I have ITC recessed over head lights in my ceiling and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get them out of the ceiling. I think there are spring wings thar hold them in but I cannot see the springs to move them so they will come back thru the holes. I want to replace them with LED ones..

An easier option is to replace the halogen bulb with LED rather than replace the fixture

I used these

Pulling them out of the ceiling worked for me and replacing the bulbs with LED's made all the difference in the world...

Don't know if same as ours in our TimberRidge, but here is a link to that model.

To remove, pull down on one edge and you'll feel the spring tension, you can keep pulling on one side to bring the spring out, or push the spring in with a small putty knife to drop the light out on that side and then pull rest of way out. Make sense???

^^^^^^^^^^Probably what he said. There may also be a removable trim ring.

Try pulling straight down. See this website for ideas: http://www.itc-rv.com/product-category/lighting/overhead-lighting/
