Dumping grey water in large quantities (500 gallons).
I have idea to filter grey water before dumping it on the ground.
To be as safe as I can, I can disinfect it by chlorine and then filter it down to 5 microns (0.0002 inches) by numerous filters. For Size comparison, a human red blood cell is about 5 microns across. A human hair is about 75 microns across

Let’s assume filtered water being disposed in BLM, what is likelihood of some law enforcement gives me hard time?
If you pour this water into glass, it will be clear. Technically can be used to wash RV or something like that.

I listen if it articulated, saying chlorine is bad for environment is not one of them.
I'm looking for experience from other people. Do they think someone will bother me if they see me dumping water. How they dump grey water... and so on. Bouncing off ideas.

That's why chlorine filter is last, so it will filter chlorine as well after it helped disinfect water. You can see it in diagram.

To go back to your original question. It is extremely likely that if observed by law enforcement they will give you a hard time. I have no idea what kind of fines would be involved if any. But I imagine that would depend on the person reporting you as to what and how they reported it.

So I guess dumping 50 gallons very late at night and winding hose back-up.

Asking man if he has license to be a man. For example, in NJ you need license to pump gas, but somehow rest of the USA can figure out how to use fuel pump.
I don't need to be rocket scientist to filter some water. Specially in 2019 because we have such great equipment available to us.

If fact, i think you would not be happy if I have boiled all water off, captured vapor and then dumped it.;)
