Have never, in 40+ yrs of RVing had an experience like this. Have had reservations for over a year at Majestic Oaks RV in Biloxi. We got here yesterday only to discover they didn’t have the site types we were promised and had reserved AND had raised the prices well above what we had in our reservations. To make matters worse they will not let you cancel any part of your reservation without forfeiting the full amount of the new charge. Think about this. They could raise the price to an astronomical level and force you to pay. THIS IS A GOOD SAM PARK. Disgusting to say the least. Sites are short, on top of each other and in a questionable neighborhood. They do have a security gate. DO NOT STAY HERE. Disgusting and as far as we’re concerned fraudulent.

We have stayed there many times.....THAT SAID

There is no problem with the neighborhood at all...safe/secure park

Prices have always been quite high....really more than place deserves

AND ,for sure IT IS MORE THAN TIGHT No Place To Park you Toad at......

But it Is Always Full.....C

If the deposit was made with a credit card you can contest the charge. I am typically not a proponent of doing that, but would with the circumstances that you describe.

We stayed there once as we had heard good reviews. Well that was the last time. Sites are far too tight on all four sides. There are much better CG nearer the coast at competitive prices.
