Hi All: I have our rig at the house for the first time in a year...getting ready for the rally. I need to make some major changes to the rig..and find out where Pat stored things. I think I am close. We have a neighborhood gathering tomorrow. I will take pics and send.
For those of you that have visited us in St Marys, the HOA has been awesome. I can keep the rig in the driveway as long as necessary.
Pat had always done scrambled eggs and coffee on Sat morning. I think I can manage both if it makes sense. Just let me know. I am still not sure about how long I will stay at the rally.... See you there.

Hey Kim,
Coffee and scrambled eggs sound great (speaking for shutterbug), and we are looking forward to seeing you and catching up on what you been doing lately!

Looks like there are no sites available, I set an alert to be notified if one comes open. We were scheduled for Unicoi Nov 8-11 but I canceled. Hope to see everyone soon.

The count down has begun and Friday can not get here soon enough. We are on site # 11 which is right next to a pavilion. This pavilion can not be reserved online so hopefully we will be able to snag it up and have our meals there. We have a total of 9 families in our group. I just checked the website again and it says that campsite # 23 is available now. So if build4u09 can get it booked then that will put our rally up to 10 families. Man, what a way to end the 2019 season with our last camping rally of 2019.

According to the weather app there may be some showers Thursday night into Friday morning. Other than that the weather is going to be nice but maybe a little on the chilly side. My plan is to have everyone over to our camper Saturday night after dinner for s'mores. There is a historic museum on the campground that we can visit with the last tour starting at 3:30. Cody is going to be bringing his bow as well as his friends Cannon and Ryan. So we may have us an archery show to watch.

We can't wait to see everyone on Friday and to get everyone prepared I have listed below our finalized menu for this weekend.

Friday Night Supper @ 6:00

Corbin: dessert
Nelson: buffalo chicken dip
Ayers: rotel dip and chips
Holloway: snickers caramel apple salad
Richard & Kitty Herzer: 7 layer mexican dip
Cleveland: taco dip w/ scoops
Prado: beef & chicken taquitos
Mark & Janice Herzer: meatballs

Saturday Morning Breakfast @ 9:30 if that is okay with everyone

Corbin: grits casserole
Nelson: breakfast bombs
Ayers: fresh fruit assortment
Holloway: crock pot breakfast casserole
Cleveland: bacon, sausage, and orange juice
Prado: pancakes
Mark & Janice Herzer: yogurt, granola, and sausage
Kim: scrambled eggs and coffee

Saturday Night Supper @ 6:00

Corbin: baked beans & corn on the cob
Nelson: hash brown casserole
Ayers: pork ribs
Holloway: pineapple casserole
Richard & Kitty Herzer: coleslaw
Cleveland: mac & cheese and dessert
Prado: cheese creamy potatoes
Mark & Janice Herzer: brunswick stew
