There is a ladder to get in it.

In the 60s and 70s people had all kinds of handbuilt RVs. At the Fiddling Championships in Weiser, ID for instance there would be 100s of them.

The RV in the photo appears to be more of a tiny house with several stories.

Agree...home made "tiny house." I wouldn't want to be towing that very far or very fast to wherever its final destination is.

Where did you see it? My wife said she saw it recently when we were driving thru Forest Grove.
I didn't see it because I was driving.
