Dicor roof tape?

Anyone used roof tape on a vertical seam? I have a 2014 open range roamed that developed a small leak over the winter. I found it pretty quick and caulked and sealed everything up. But it seems that there is some flex where the leak developed, probably what causes the caulking to crack initially. I have it caulked right for now, but I was thinking about trying to make sure it’s always sealed. Anyone uses the roof tape on a vertical surface?

I've used the same tape on roof/gutter seam - it will work vertically, horizontally, upside down, in space, the Mariana trench (Ok, won't vouch for these last two), etc. It is quite impressive - once down, it stays so I laid it down in small sections unrolling as I went, then used a small veneer roller to work out any bubbles and to press the edge.
Excellent product.
