We also did American Heritage. There is a 7 day ticket that allows entry to all 3 locations. We already had tickets but American Heritage had sign advertising discount tickets...check with them on pricing.

We didn’t have that long there so did a 3 day Williamsburg ticket and 1 day to Yorktown battlefield and the museum. We didn’t get to Jamestown. We also did 2 day trip to Mt Vernon. If you have time, do it.

Another vote for American Heritage. And we also got the 7-day pass.

Yup, one more for American Heritage. It was a number of years ago that we stayed but I remember it was almost 100 degrees. Mentioned at the front desk this "pasty white Yankee" was dying from the heat. They immediately moved us to a premium shaded spot at no extra charge. Staff are some of the best we've ever met.

We liked Newport News Park. Non urban but convenient to all sites.
