We’re doing up our annual bacon-fest for the family. Bacon wrapped pork loin. Chocolate-caramel covered bacon (dip in caramel first then harden and dip in chocolate). Baconlicious mac and cheese. Bacon sprinkles on vanilla ice cream. You name it we’ve probably had it with bacon.

We are having:

Nathan hot dogs
Assorted chicken wings
Ham and cheese sliders
Cheese dip and guacamole dip
Fresh fruit salad
Assorted cakes
Not sure what else...

We are going to Granddaughters house. They are doing all the planning.

My parents ate bacon every day and lived to 94 and 98. The latest science says that cholesterol buildup is more genetic than diet. That said we only do a bacon fest once a year.
