OK, but what does that have to do with Hercules?
Hercules is a US company that started in Ohio in the 1950's, it's world HQ is still in Findlay OH.
Sure they make some tires overseas, but I challenge you to find a company that doesn't.
Chinese tires are trash.
Just say no to Chinese trailer tires.
On an RV, no Chinese tires regardless of reviews or what people say--the worst thing about Chinese products is quality control.
In the OTR trucking industry Hercules tires are VERY well thought of, they’ve proven to be every bit as good as the North American tires. Double Coin is another hugely popular brand that has also proven very dependable.
With a transport truck a blown tire is a very costly thing, they don’t mess around with junk tires.

Maybe their truck tires aren't made in China. Their trailer tires are though.

made in china ST tires now days does not equate to them all being junk although just a few years back they were problematic.
Several ST made in china brands have dispelled that myth. Time changes just as same ST tire brands/sizes/load ranges.

I replaced my Goodyear G670's (after 2 blowouts on the same day with less than 4 year old GY's) with Hercules. They rode better than the GY and no blowout. When it was time to replace the Hercules, I went back with ANOTHER set of Hercules. I think they were good tires and afterall, I replace them every 5/6 years anyway.

Thanks everyone for there input. For what it is worth. I bought one Hercules tire to replace the one that blew out so I had a spare going home, It really looks like a **** good tire, If it make a difference the Hercules is made in Thailand not China.

I’m sorry, but your first-hand real life experience is meaningless......
A guy with no experience says they’re junk. You MUST believe him, you read it on the Internet after all.

I had four Chinese tires blow up on a single road trip once. The one out of the five tires I had that didn't blow up was a Michelin with "Made in USA" on the sidewall...and it was older than the China bombs.
I learned absolutely everything I needed to know about Chinese tires on that trip. Never again!

In the fall of 2013 I bought a pickup for one of my employees, he was a Chevy guy so I bought him, at his request, a then brand-spanking new 2014 Chevy Silverado p/u.
Inside of 2 years even he had to admit it was the biggest POS either of us had ever seen. GM took it back. He now drives an F150 that’s never been in the shop for anything but maintenance.
So now you’ve taught me, ALL vehicles made by GM are garbage. Thank you.
