Venture Sporttrek - Bike Rack

I have a new to me 2017 Venture Sporttrk. I has the cargo holder on the back that also is a bike rack.Trying to see if I am missing something for the back rack. All i see online is the square tube mounted to the cargo holder. But nothing to set a bike on. I'm thinking that some piece is missing.

Stromberg Carlson makes hoops for cargo racks that hold a bike. E-trailer has them.
