I decided my other camper wasn't worth fixing so I bought this one to replace it.

Its a 1995 Lance 945 11'3" with a built in generator.

It needs some cleaning and some other upgrades. Should be camping in it pretty soo. [emoticon]

It is a beauty! I can't wait to see more photos from your trips. My landlord has a Lance. It is in covered storage. I almost bought it, but decided I needed more space that it offers.

There is something special about camping in an RV.

Thanks. Its just me so I have plenty of space.

I'm going to re due the flooring, blinds, bedding including an new mattress and then finish cleaning out the previous owners.

Then I'll hit the road.

What is your plan for your first trip? Where will you go?

Most likely to the coast via Oregon.

I'll do a few camping trips prior to a road trip.

I peeled out the old linoleum and started putting in the new.

The cushion covers were gross. The rinse water finally came clean after the 3rd wash cycle. I seriously doubt that they have ever been washed.

With only 204 hrs on the generator it wasn't charging. I removed it and took it in to get it fixed. It had a fairly major problem so I just bought a new one and I'll pick it up next week.

My new cellular window shades arrived today along with my new bedding. Other miscellaneous items have arrived too.

I ordered new tires for my truck today and I'll get them pt on next week.

Shouldn't be long it it will be ready to roll.

This is the camper I decided not to fix. A 9.5' 1996 Skyline Weekender.

My new to me 11' 3" Lance 945 with a built in generator according to the scales weighs almost 350 lbs less than the shorter Skyline camper.

Kind of surprising.

I put some new tires on the truck yesterday.

I decided to go with these Michelin Agilis CrossClimate tires.
I went with 265/70R17s instead of the factory 245/75R17.

"
Our Most Durable Heavy Duty Light Commercial Truck Tire
Professional-Grade Construction including CurbGard™ sidewall protectors that resist curb scrubbing in urban environments. This tire has more than twice as much nylon reinforcement than the Michelin® Defender® LTX® M/S for improved durability.

Improved Tread Life Under Heavy Loads
The Michelin® Agilis® CrossClimate® tire lasted 10% to 19% longer under heavy loads than three leading competitive commercial tires. MaxPressure Profile™ optimizes the tire footprint for better wear life under high pressure, heavy loads, high torque, and stop and go driving. Additionally, the StabiliBlok™ design provides wider and longer tread blocks, to resist extreme torque while providing cool operating temperatures under full load at high speed.

Excellent Wet and Snow Traction
The Michelin® Agilis® CrossClimate® tire offers shorter wet stopping distances and better snow traction than leading competitive long-warranty tires. SipeLock™ provides hundreds of biting edges for improved wet and snow traction without sacrificing tread block stability. "

Nice and livable inside. Congrats.
What is the weight?

Some white plastic paint will fix the fridge side and roof vent to look like new, and give it a little UV protection at the same time. I imagine your interior roof vent trim is the same color?
Looks like it needs little else.

Thanks. The front exit vent over the bed needs replacing. I already painted the fridge vent with Krylon Fusion paint.

I'm quite sure I'll be in to it more than its worth, except to me. [emoticon]
