Twenty some bombs mentioned so far in this brief thread, and to think there are those that constantly defend this junk!

Two China Bombs mentioned and two Goodyear mentioned. What were the other 16 bombs that are so called junk that people are defending?

Go back thru and count using all your fingers and toes.

I went back to count the number of references to China-built tires. Uh yeah, two references. About the same number as references to Goodyear 614's. And I didn't seem to find any references at all to defending anything.

Maybe you got your threads mixed up.

I was counting trailer tires mentioned in this thread, I didn't mention the “C” word. My comment on folks defending the sad condition is in reference to so many other threads about trailer tires. How many tires are mentioned now?

I don’t defend bad tires but I object to anyone saying every tire from any one country are “bombs.” I’m typing on a six year old iPad...made in..ah...China. Works perfectly.

One former 5th wheel and one current 5th wheel toy hauler over the past seven years and not a single tire issue. I don't run those cheap Chinese bombs the rest of you use. Michelin XPS RIB commercial truck tires are what is on my two trailers.

Had a leaf spring fail and the end swung out and took out the tire (no tire defect).

Saw the smoke pretty much immediately (I could see the skid marks going back about 500' before ending) but I have the big mirrors with two parts and can see all 4 tires when adjusted properly.

Just curious...has anyone experienced any problem inside the hub, after a blowout, such as damaged bearings or brakes/magnets?

And I bet you own a Honda generator also to go along with your over priced tires. [emoticon] [emoticon]
