Nash is one of the nicer travel trailers out there. Northwood builds their own frames, unlike most companies, who use Lippert frames

Congratulations. You will like the 23D. We bought ours in April 2016 & have enjoyed it twice to Arizona & lots of places in between.

Your plans and situation sound very familiar. We just took delivery of our new trailer, Forest River T2460RL, and sold our tent trailer listed in the signature. Also, we are preparing for Sept. 1st 2020, our planned last day of work in our current situation. We are planning to sell the house and move, maybe out of California, Arizona is one of our possibilities.

In any case your post and plans and list of got to get done things sound very familiar. I was researching some of those issues when I read your post for Sept. and would be very interested in how things are turning out.

Congratulations on your new trailer. Since you will be new to sewer hoses, I would recommend one of those clear adapters that go between the trailer's outlet and the sewer hose. It is nice to know what is going on when dumping.

Congrats! We did the same thing sort of. We did tent, Pop-up, HTT, and now we too are looking at a TT upgrade this year.

Have fun and make lots of memories.

You don't need to add anything, The Nash TTs have scissor style stabilizer jacks from the factory.
