changed out MORyde steps

I changed out my MORyde steps today to the GLoStep Revolution.

Hardest part was removing the MORyde steps not easy by yourself.
I need to modify some trim work on interior of door.

So far I like the travel of these steps. You can adjust an extended outward. No issues with door closing. It appears to have more of an adjustment for unlevel ground. We will be taking it out in a few weeks. so will be able to judge more.

O know by putting the carpet on the treads they will not Glo, but our dog needs the carpet to go up and down. I am a few pieces short right now will be picking some up soon.

I was as well, decided to try them when my 5er is in storage can not get inside because of the room needed to extend MORyde steps. I also had an instance at a sight I had to move away from concrete patio because the elevation difference between patio and ground I could not close my door.

buc, Torklift has developed steps that fold inside the door called the Torklift Glowstep Revolution Uprising. For the OP they work great. For my application they didn't.

Yes that is what I have. Brand new design.

My wife would be scared to use that step style. maybe if younger. The handle looks like it wouldn't go out far enough but maybe the picture angle is the reason. Hope it is great for your needs.

The Glow rail attaches to the bottom step and the side of the rv and is very sturdy and easy to put on and take off.......Love mine

Looks nice and glad you are happy with your change. Thats all that really matters, and no one else's opinion should matter anyway. With that said, I've adjusted to my Moryde steps (2 doors) and have not had any issues since I purchased the longer inserts. So, I have no desire to change until there is a need. To each his own! And you did a nice job there. Well thought out and executed. I am glad to see GloStep created a way to retract the steps when a step well does not exist under the door. Nice job. You did well!

I attempted to put the GLoStep Revolution on my 5th wheel, replacing the Lippert Solid Steps. I agree they are very nice steps but I couldn't get my screen door closed with the steps in for transport. The bottom door hinge was positioned exactly where the step area is that rests on the aluminum door frame. Since the screen door wouldn't close, the main door wouldn't close either.
