There are frequent threads in here on web access, youtuber has listed a method he has been using and I thought some in here may be interested. Visable
It apparently uses the Verizon system, and gives unlimited data with the only slowdown being a limit of only one connected device to the smartphone.
He does show a workaround for that.
At $40 a month prepaid, it looks decent.

Very timely for us, we are just about to buy a new phone for my wife from Verizon but will get one from Visible instead.
