My favorite is Ultimate Public Campgrounds. Garmin apparently thinks it's pretty good as well and includes it in it's newest RV-related GPS systems - RV-780/785 and Overlander.

Campgroundreviews.com has google maps right on the home page of each campground/Rv park, makes things easy and convenient
