Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients:
6 oz Strawberries
1 Kiwi
¼ cup Coconut Milk
½ cup Water

I kinda thought this thread would get more action than just a few wonderful suggestions!

I love smoothies, I make one nearly every morning for breakfast. But I don't have an exact recipe for it. It has lots of healthy things in it, but not the same every time. Toss in some of this, some of that, a blob of yogurt, grab a few almonds and so on. No real measurements. Some standard ingredients though...

And I do it from memory. Suppose I could try to write it up...

Two of our favorite smoothies are berry smoothie and peanut butter banana smoothie.

Berry Smoothie:
1/2-1 cup juice (orange or whatever is your favorite)
1/2 cup milk (whole preferred)
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek preferred)
one frozen banana sliced into 1 inch pieces
2 cups frozen mixed berries
3 T honey
2 T chia seeds

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie:
Three frozen bananas
2-4 cups mile (whole preferred)
4 T PBfit powdered peanut butter
2 T flax seed

Kale Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 Kale leaves
1 Banana Ripe banana
1 Apple golden delicious, cored
1 Celery stalk
1 Kiwi
0,5 lime juiced
1,5 cups water

Delicious!

Mallard's Peachy Thingy,,,

3/4 cup of peach flavored vodka
1/4 cup of peach schnapps
1/4 cup of Malibu rum
1 can of minute maid frozen peach concentrate
6 cups of ice

Blend the whole she-bang up in the blender until smooth,,,,and have at it!!!

into a quart of vodka.
