Un-weighing front axle, sway, too much or not enough tongue, no trailer brakes, etc...

PS...his seat is too low...knees should almost be straight at the bottom of his stroke

Has been done before. I remember Airstream ads in late 50s/60s with a bike pulling a trailer.

Not enough bike. Sure maybe as a grocery getter. But no one that cares about their family or others on the road would tow with a bike without full floating axles.
