Satellite system for motor home

We purchased a 2015 Winnebago Sunstar, in 2016 and it came with an Explorer Satellite system installed. Our device needs an update and new configuration to continue working with our provider, Shaw Direct. Unfortunately, Explorer went out of business several years ago. Has anyone else run into this issue and how did you resolve it other than buying a completely new system?

DirecTV with a full sized open face antenna / Trav'ler should be available in Edmonton. Maybe not all of the channels but much of it. Zero with a dome!
What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

DirecTV won't do him / her any good in Edmonton.

On our last camping trip of the season for two weeks we went without our DirecTV system ($60 per month) and settled for movies from Amazon and Netflix thru our smart TV and Hotspot from Verizon to get the wifi signal. Campgrounds usually don't like streaming movies thru their wifi system.
We somehow did without ESPN etc. that would have available from DirecTV.
Just sayin'.
